01. Home Page
The design concept takes inspiration from other visually-centered networks such as Instagram and Dribbble.com, that put visual content at the forfront of the user's experience.
The home page showcases the user generated content in order to provide inspiration to professionals, and work examples for employers. Posts can be filtered by type: treats, reciepes, menus , and videos. Posts can also be sorted by most popular or most commented, and searched for with an open search field. Hovering the grid boxes opens a short description of the post.
-
02. Profile Page
Each member of the network sets up a profile page when onboarding the app. Their profile page contains links to follow them or contact them with job offerings, as well as a grid featuring their posts, an about section, the members they follow, and their saved / favorite posts.
-
03. Business Profiles
As mentioned above, business are also encouraged to open profiles, in order to showcase their work and promote themselves as preferred workplaces within the network. Business (referred to as "Kitchens" on the app), are presented in a dedicated page, and their profile pages include links to follow them and make a reservation (for non-professional users), as well as a list of the members (PROs) who work for them, open job listings, and an about section.
-
04. Mobile Version
The mobile version includes mobile-friendly features to make the experience of publishing content easier and more befitting to the mobile medium, including a FAB (Floating Action Button) for all the different posting possiblities, and using voice transcripting for textual content in order to reduce friction cause by excessive usage of the mobile keyboard.
